This movie is a well written update on the original Jumanji movie. But in some ways, to me, it actually feel like a more rounded experience than the original. I watched the original and this film in one hit and I think that this one has just the right balance of emotional and action highs in all the right places and it does it without feeling like it has been written to a formula, so I think I enjoyed it slightly more than the original My mother loved it she's in her 70's, I loved it i'm in my 50's I can imagine that most kids would love it too, so this is a real family film with lots of action and laughs. I'm going to give it 5 stars. Jungle 2017 Poker Scene an avid computer gamer I loved the way the game updated itself to be more like a computer game than a board game. I'd love to see another movie about the origin of the game - I mean it is amazingly powerful, why was it created? I just think that a movie with the same cast somehow getting behind the scenes of the game to find out about its origin might be a lot of fun. Also if you haven't seen Zathura - a sci fi spin off of the original film - then take a look. To those who 1 starred it. That's sad. It's a perfect movie for this generation.
